Ribbons Ribbons Ribbons

Gosh – feel like I am drowning in ribbons at the moment. Have found some gorgeous ones in the last month or so and bought waaaaaay too many. At least I will get to use some this month since it is Ribbon month at 123.

Sarted off the ribbonanza with the one from the new BG Sugared range. I have been saving the little giraffe scraplet for this range – thought it would be perfect for this paper with it’s cure little pair of giraffes on it. And the connection to Madame – one of her favourite sets of clothing last winter (and mine too) was this neat little pants/top/bows set in pink and brown. She just adored them.

So here we have it – “G is for” – girly girl, giggle and “Giraffe Club” the name of the clothes range the set came from. Some yummy ribbons – grosgrain stripes and velvet ric rac and this luscious pink die cut one. No idea where I got most of them from – but the thin satin brown one was a cheapie from Spotlight. Some orange Prima flowers – just love that gossamer look to some of the petals. LOVE those new colours in the Kaisercraft pearl range too. These are Latte – just so yummy.

Having trouble loading this all up to the 123 blog and gallery – will have to try again tomorrow. But I have put a long “How to use” for ribbons up there – though it is boring reading without the photos to go with it.

A closeup of the yummy ribbons and the Prima flower.
